Rehabilitative & Skilled Nursing Care
For elders recovering from a hospital stay, surgery, or a change in health, our skilled nursing program builds an individualized, goal‑oriented plan of care around each person’s needs. Our interdisciplinary team is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including:
- Recovery after orthopedic surgery
- Stroke and other cardiovascular events
- Cardiopulmonary conditions
- Neuromuscular and neurological disorders
- Chronic pain management
- Complex or advanced wound care
- Limb loss and amputation recovery
